"I’d ordered something and ended up needing..."
I’d ordered something and ended up needing to return it, which was straightforward at first. I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, so I kind of just kept an eye on my email for updates. After a while, though, I realized the refund still hadn’t shown up, so I messaged support. Then I had to follow up one more time before it finally came through. In the end I did get my money back, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a bit slower than I expected.

"Right on time..."
I booked a walk through wagwalking.com and the walker showed up exactly when they were supposed to... which I really appreciated. No sitting around wondering if they were actually coming. My dog was ready to go, the whole thing was easy, and honestly... being on time makes a big difference to me

Well... I’ve used Wag quite a few times now, and my walker has been really dependable. They show up when they say they will, send me updates, and my dog always seems happy afterward. It makes my workdays a lot less stressful.

"GPS tracking worked really well"

"Cancellation process could be smoother"
I had to cancel a walk at the last minute and it ended up being more frustrating than I thought it would be, because the app technically worked and I got through it, but the cancellation fee and the steps weren’t totally clear to me until after I’d already done it, then I had to reach out to support and they did eventually respond but it wasn’t exactly quick, so while I still like the service overall and will probably keep using it, I really wish the whole cancellation process felt a little more straightforward.

"Pretty disappointed with the walker"
The walk did happen, so I’ll give them that, but overall I was disappointed. The walker showed up late and barely communicated, which made the whole thing feel a little uneasy. When they picked up my dog, they seemed rushed and not very focused. Nothing awful happened, but I didn’t feel comfortable enough to book with them again.

I can’t remember if I checked the pricing before or after signing up, or maybe it was somewhere in the middle, but the fees didn’t feel too bad to me. Not super cheap, but definitely not pricey either

"Honestly relieved my dog was in good hands"
I booked a walker for my dog super last minute and was kind of nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get fooled by someone who looks good online but doesn’t really care. Thankfully, she was great. She sent pics and updates, and my dog came back happy, tired, and totally fine. I felt really relieved and would definitely book her again.

I loved getting cute photos and a quick video of my dog while they were out with the walker. It made me feel so much better and way less worried. Booking was super easy too, so I’d definitely use Wag again.

"Felt safe the whole time"
I really liked getting updates during the walk and knowing my dog was actually being checked on. He came back calm and happy, which made me feel a lot better about using Wag. So yeah, all good.

"Decent walks, but I’m not sure I’d rely on support"
The walkers I had were good, so maybe I’m being a little picky here, but my experience with Wag support wasn’t great. When issues came up, it felt like they didn’t really take ownership or follow through the way I expected. I kept wondering if I was making too big a deal out of it, but support just didn’t feel very accountable...

"Pretty clear prices before booking"
I’ve used Wag a handful of times, and the thing that sticks in my mind is that you can see the price before you actually book. I’m sure there are little details I’m forgetting, because I tend to only remember the parts that bug me or make life easier, but I do remember not getting hit with some random surprise charge at the end.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that fees and tips can still make the total feel a little higher than what I first had in my head. Still, compared with other pet apps I’ve tried, Wag feels a lot more upfront and easier to deal with

I tried Wag a handful of times the first couple walks were fine. But then I had one walker who made me feel really uneasy. They were late, cut the walk short, and the updates they sent didn’t really line up with what I saw on my door cam. It just felt off, like compared to other services I’ve used, it was more... I don’t know, less reassuring.
Customer support did respond, but it kind of felt like they were just checking a box and moving on. I know one bad walker doesn’t mean they’re all bad, but when it’s your dog and your house key, trust is pretty much everything. I’m not sure I’d feel good using them again.

Maybe it’s partly on me because my schedule can be a little all over the place, but I feel like I never get the same walker twice. It’s kind of frustrating having to explain everything again each time, and my dog does better with someone familiar.

"Nice updates from my walker"
My walker was good about keeping me in the loop the whole time. They sent a quick note before pickup and a few messages while the walk was happening, which I appreciated. The photo was nice to get too, especially since my dog always look so happy on walks.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because one of the updates came a little late, so I was wondering what was going on for a bit. Overall though, the communication was good and I’d use Wag again...

"It works fine, just a little clunky sometimes"
The app does what I need it to do, so I don’t really get the harsh complaints. Booking is easy, which is the main thing. Yeah, it freezes here and there and the layout feels a bit clunky, but it’s not like it’s unusable. Could definitely be smoother, though.

"Billing has been straightforward"
I’ve used Wag a few times now, and the billing has been mostly accurate. The charges have matched what I expected, and I do like that you can see the full breakdown after each walk. I had one little issue where a promo didn’t show up right away, which was kind of ridiculous, but support fixed it quickly. Overall, it’s been a good experience. I’m just giving 4 stars because I’m the type of person who double checks any app that’s handling payments.

"I called for emergency help and it just..."
I called for emergency help and it just felt really slow. I kept waiting, checking the time, wondering if anyone was actually coming. The situation was stressful enough already, and then not getting help quickly made it worse. I don’t know what was going on behind the scenes, but from my side, it felt like no one was responding fast when I really needed them.
